For extra safety, you may submit reports anonymously. Every report is reviewed and addressed to maintain the highest standards of data protection.

Jurisdiction-Specific Protections

Data retention, processing limits, and user rights vary by your location and applicable laws. EU users benefit from GDPR's "without undue delay" deletion requirements (typically within 30 days of account closure or erasure requests), while California residents have CCPA/CPRA rights with 45-day deletion timelines (extendable to 90 days with notice). Japanese users under APPI have deletion rights that must be addressed within two weeks, or can pursue civil action. Different regions may have varying retention periods for business records, tax compliance, or regulatory requirements. We don't apply a one-size-fits-all approach - your data receives the specific protections required by the laws that govern you. Where multiple jurisdictions apply, we follow the most restrictive standard to ensure maximum protection.
